What's a gameweek?
A gameweek is a round of Premier League fixtures. Every season has 38 of them, and you pick 4 fixtures in each one.
How is this different from fantasy football?
There's no squad, no transfers, no captain and no team news to keep up with. You pick four Premier League fixtures and try to land on 11 total goals, which takes about a minute a week rather than an evening.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Create a private league, share the six-character code, and everyone who joins is ranked against each other. Your one set of picks counts in every league you belong to, so joining more of them is no extra work.
How do I win?
Get closest to 11 total goals across your four fixtures without going over. 11 goals scores 3 points, 10 scores 2, 9 scores 1, and anything else scores nothing. Go over 11 and you bust.
Is it really free?
Yes. No purchases, no paywall, no premium tier. Advertising and the occasional donation cover the costs of running it.
When's the deadline?
Each fixture closes for picking the moment it kicks off, not the whole gameweek at once — so an early Saturday match no longer shuts out the rest of the week for anyone who hasn't finished picking. But if you've already got all four in, they lock together the moment the gameweek's first match kicks off, so you can't watch an early result and then swap a later pick to chase whatever total it leaves you needing. There's a countdown on the pick screen for the point fewer than 4 fixtures are left, and a button that puts it in your calendar. Miss it and you can jump straight back in next gameweek.
What's a wildcard, and how do I get one?
Invite a friend using your profile link, and the moment they sign up you earn a wildcard — up to five, one per friend. It's a safety net, not something you play yourself: if you ever forget to pick a fixture for a gameweek, the game fills in whatever's missing at random once that gameweek is over, so a forgotten week still has a chance to score instead of guaranteeing zero.
Who wins the season?
Whoever has the most points after all 38 gameweeks. The season runs from August to May, so a slow start is nothing to worry about.
